2. Purchase Terms and Payment Policies

All product pricing is displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and is subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address upon successful payment. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirms receipt. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

2.1. Shipping and Delivery

For Singapore customers, we offer various shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Singapore Smartwatch pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

2.2. Tax Obligations

All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Singapore law. Any additional charges, such as import duties for international customers (where applicable), will be your responsibility.

3. Warranty and Product Support Terms

Singapore Smartwatch products come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Singapore Smartwatch or authorized retailers in Singapore.

3.1. Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@singaporesmartwatch.com with your proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and a detailed description of the defect. Our team will guide you through the assessment process.

3.2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by operating the Product outside Singapore Smartwatch’s published guidelines.
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
  • Products with a serial number that has been removed or defaced.
  • Products that have been serviced or modified by anyone other than Singapore Smartwatch authorized personnel.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policies

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

4.1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be in original, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged by misuse or outside of normal wear and tear.

4.2. Exchange and Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

For exchanges, once approved, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Liability Limitations and User Responsibilities

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Singapore Smartwatch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the product or services.

5.1. User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to maintain the physical integrity of your smartwatch and adhere to all usage guidelines provided in the product manual. Improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty and limit our liability.

5.2. Accuracy of Health Data

While our smartwatches offer advanced health and fitness tracking features, the data provided is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related concerns.

5.3. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, government action, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
